Four Points By Sheraton Visakhapatnam

I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in Vizag, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived early in the morning, the hospitality of the staff stood out. Despite our arrival at around 7 a.m., they had our rooms ready by 8:30 a.m. This thoughtful gesture allowed us to freshen up and enjoy our day at the beach while they prepared our accommodations. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities. What truly impressed us was the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay, always ready to assist with a smile. The facilities at the hotel are top-notch, and we appreciated the convenience and comfort they provided. Our stay was nothing short of perfect, and we left with wonderful memories. I highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton at Vizag to anyone looking for a delightful and hassle-free stay.

The stay was comfortable and the entire staff was very courteous. Had an excellent experience with quality service delivered perfectly by every department. The food was exceptional, tasty, and made with love & care. Had our breakfast & dinner only at the restaurant despite multiple choices available at a close distance. Special mention to the restaurant staff Akshay who took care of every small need and every request with a smile on his face, for a family group of 10 individuals with senior citizens to small kids, we were quite demanding. Truly a five-star experience.

Since I was in the hotel for only 1 night, both Dinner and next day Breakfast was pretty good.

Good location, near stores and a little mall. Staff (specially restaurant, reception, cleaning people and doorman) is great, polite and helpful.

Very friendly staff. I had to travel for a short time in Visakhapatman with small kids. So I reached out to their staff (Mr Deepak) who not only understood my staying requirements, he also arranged for my late night supper as well as lunch( free) later after my checkout, when I said due to Navarathri, I am not eating onion garlic. He also packed token food for my 3 year old daughter. I will always remember this hospitality and visit again everytime , I visit Visakhapatman.
